As the VP, Operations, you will play a critical role in leading the day-to-day and growth of Pair Team’s care program. You'll ensure operational excellence, payer alignment, and scalable care delivery while working on mission-critical programs. This role is at the center of our mission to transform care for underserved communities.

Lead all operations activities associated with assigned practice performance including P&L management, continuous productivity and process improvement, and overall team engagement. Improve the lives of veterinarians, ensuring that everything impacting the assigned practices, helps to achieve this goal. The ideal candidate will be located within driving distance of Austin/San Antonio/Houston.
